Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. in New Orleans in 1982, is a rapper who signed with Cash Money Records at age eleven after being discovered by Birdman. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has released thirteen studio albums and dozens of mixtapes, working primarily in Southern hip-hop and rap. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential rappers of his generation.
