Paris

Paris, born Oscar Jerome Jackson Jr., is a rapper and producer from San Francisco who has been making hard-edged political hip-hop since the early 1990s. His music draws heavily on Black nationalism, the teachings of Malcolm X, and a sharp critique of American institutions. He runs his own label, Guerrilla Funk Recordings, and has kept releasing and producing music well into the 2020s.
