The Prodigy

The Prodigy are an electronic music group from Braintree, Essex, England, formed in 1990 by producer and composer Liam Howlett. They built their sound around heavy breakbeats, distorted synths, and aggressive energy, drawing from rave, big beat, punk, and industrial influences. Over the course of their career they became one of the best-selling electronic acts in the world, with Maxim and the late Keith Flint as their most prominent on-stage voices alongside Howlett.
